“It's a very good tour, as the coach guide and the tour guide were exceptional, and you gain a valuable insight into the horrors that occurred at the two camps. However, people with mobility issues are not catered for, and you are not told this. There is a lot of walking involved and getting in and out of buildings, as well as climbing to different floors within that building is very difficult for disabled people. I think this can be easily addressed and hope it will be, because it's a wonderful tour.”
