“A number of animals were missing from their pens / display areas (ie. Bears, giraffes, elephants, orangutans, lions, sea lions) when we visited on 7.4.26 no explanations given. We thought about asking for a refund. Also no-one was manning the shuttle area when we went to return the shuttle we had hired; so I had to chase at guest reception. We were told they were short staffed. Disappointing. We expected better based on other reviews.”
