Stockholm Astrid Lindgren's Fairytale World Junibacken Tickets

Enjoy a magical experience with these tickets to Junibacken, home to the fairy-tale world of the writer Astrid Lindgren. Once inside, you ’ll board the Story Train, which will take you on a tour of the museum.

During the journey, you’ll see the settings from her most popular stories and tales, such as the story of Pippi Longstocking. As well as seeing the settings, you’ll also hear the stories narrated by Astrid herself.

As well as the train ride, you can also enjoy the three or five live shows held daily, featuring songs and theatre performances for children. These stories can be enjoyed by children and adults alike, making them perfect for families.

Inside, you’ll also find Stockholm’s largest children’s bookshop, which stocks numerous stories in various foreign languages. This experience will therefore allow you to relive the stories of your childhood as you walk through the settings. For example, you can have your photo taken with Pippi’s horse at Villa Villekulla.

At the end of your visit, this ticket also includes a homemade cinnamon bun which you can redeem at the Junibacken restaurant.
