How does the Sydney Explorer Pass work?

It is very easy to use. After purchase, you will receive your pass in digital format by email. You can use it directly from your mobile phone or synchronise it with the Go City app. From there you can check all the information about the attractions, opening times, bookings and details of how the pass works.

How do I activate the pass?

You have 1 year from the date of purchase to activate it. The pass is activated automatically when you use it for the first time at an attraction. From then on, you will have 30 days to enjoy the number of attractions you have chosen.

What are the benefits of the pass?

With this pass you can save on your visit to Sydney by accessing multiple attractions with a single payment. Plus, you can choose between 2 and 7 experiences and organise your own itinerary flexibly, unhurriedly and at your own pace.

You'll have access to activities as varied as a visit to the Sydney Opera House, Taronga Zoo, harbour cruises and adventure experiences.

Are there any attractions that require advance booking?

It is not necessary to choose attractions when purchasing the pass. However, some experiences may require advance booking. To do so, simply follow the instructions on the app or on your booking voucher.
