A gastronomic guide will accompany you throughout the activity which will have 5 stops to enjoy the typical food of the area. The experience includes lunch, dinner, water and different tastings such as dessert and ice cream.

The menu is seasonal, so the ingredients will always be fresh. Depending on the season you can enjoy delicacies such as:

  • Mesciua: delicious soup based on cereals and legumes such as beans and chickpeas.
  • Testaroli: an exquisite Italian triangle-shaped pasta made with flour, water and salt.
  • Farinata: a kind of cake made from chickpea flour with a little oil, salt and pepper.
