How much do tickets to Atlantis Aquaventure cost?

You can get standard tickets to Atlantis Aquaventure on official websites such as Hellotickets for around £80 for adults and £68 for children over 3 years old. Tickets that include access to The Lost Chambers aquarium cost around £100.

If you want to make your experience at Atlantis Aquaventure even more special, you can now also purchase tickets to swim with dolphins in the park itself. For around €185, you get admission to Aquaventure, plus:

  • Dolphin encounter
  • Wetsuit, towel and life jacket for the dive
  • Guide
  • Drink
  • Printed photo (if you choose this option)
  • Discount for The Lost Chambers Aquarium

You can buy tickets online or directly at the Atlantis Aquaventure ticket office, but as this is one of Dubai's most popular tourist attractions, I don't recommend it; you're very likely to find that tickets to the park have sold out. Not to mention the long queues at the ticket office. That's why it's best to get your passes in advance.

Additional information about tickets

  • Children aged 0 to 2 years old enter free of charge.
  • If you are a guest at the Atlantis The Palm Resort Hotel, you do not need to purchase tickets as you will have free access to the Atlantis Aquaventure water park.

Is Atlantis Aquaventure worth a visit?

At first, you may think that going to a water park is not a priority on your holiday, but you have never seen a water park like this one, and visiting it is an experience in itself , especially for lovers of marine wildlife.

When you purchase your premium tickets to Atlantis Aquaventure, you will have unlimited access to the 60 hectares of this exciting water park. And you have access to all the attractions, from the time you enter until closing time with a one-day pass. Tickets include:

  • Life jackets for children inside the park.
  • Access to Aquaventure Waterpark.
  • Access to the Surf 's Up wave machine.
  • Visit the Lost Chambers Aquarium.
  • Talks and feeding of aquatic animals.

You can decide which section you want to visit and how long you want to spend at each attraction in the park. It is a completely safe and clean environment, where the staff who carry out certain activities with both the animals and the children provide you with warm and professional assistance to ensure you have a unique day out.

Which pass is best for me?

If you are going to spend 5 days or lessin Dubai, I would recommend spending only one day visiting the park and therefore purchasing the Super Pass ticket. The city of Dubai can be covered in a couple of days, but you will probably also want to take a trip to the desert from Dubai, which can take one or two days of your trip. If, on the other hand, you are going to Dubai for 7 days or more, you can easily spend two days at Atlantis Aquaventure and one or two in the desert: you will have plenty of time to see the city on the remaining days.

Are tickets to Atlantis Aquaventure included in any city tours?

The answer is yes! It is possible to purchase combined tickets that include the water park with all its attractions and other places of interest on the same tour. Purchasing combined tickets is one of the best ways to save money and make the most of your trip to the United Arab Emirates. Among the options available are the following:

  • Aquaventure Water Park and Dubai Tour. Begin by sailing along Dubai Creek in one of the traditional Arabic Abra boats. Then admire the minarets of the Jumeirah Mosque before heading to the Burj Khalifa. On the second day of the tour, you can ride the slides at Atlantis Aquaventure Water Park.
  • Aquaventure Waterpark and swimming with dolphins: after spending the day on the slides and in the pools, you can dive into a lagoon full of bottlenose dolphins. Then you will visit the Lost Chambers Aquarium, where you will learn about the history and civilisation of Atlantis in a fun way. The tour includes the spectacular labyrinths and tunnels of the underwater ruins that have remained hidden beneath the waters of the Persian Gulf for thousands of years.
  • Aquaventure Waterpark and dinner at Saffron: after diving into the pool at Aquaventure Waterpark and exploring Lost Chambers, you can enjoy an evening at Saffron. This restaurant has 20 live cooking stations that prepare Indian curries and Asian dishes.

Depending on the tickets you purchase, you can take a full-day tour. Keep in mind that there are 60 hectares full of attractions, pools, slides and aquariums. So, one day may not be enough to see everything.

You can purchase a 2-day ticket, which will allow you to see most of the park and have a more enjoyable visit.

At Aquaventure, you can purchase an annual pass that gives you 365 days of unlimited access to the water park and The Lost Chambers. However, this is not a good option if you are only on a short holiday in Dubai.

As it is an iconic and world-renowned park, if you go during the high season (November and December in Dubai are the busiest months for tourists), it may be a little difficult to get on the slides because you will have to wait. To avoid this, go during the week rather than at the weekend.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the days when tickets sell out the most and when most tourists and locals go to the Resort on Palm. It may also be useful to know the best time to travel to Dubai.

I was a little annoyed that some of the corridors between attractions were narrow; it felt crowded at times.
