Step by Step

Did you know that Cincinnati was one of America's most important brewing capitals during the 19th century? This tour takes you to the heart of its legacy, combining history, flavour and tradition on a unique route along three key points of the Brewing Heritage Trail.

Start at Northern Row Brewery & Distillery, located in an old pre-Dry Law fermentation house. Discover how the distillates are made today and enjoy an exclusive tasting right in the taproom.

Then explore Jackson Brewery's historic lagering cellars, used since the 1850s to ferment and store beer at low temperatures, and relive the city's underground past.

Finish at the modern but historic Rhinegeist Brewery, located in a pre-Prohibition brewery structure. Take a tour between tanks and brewhouses, and sample a flight of their seasonal beers.
